BDO Home Loan Low Rates and Waived Fees Promo
The BDO Home Loan Waived Fees Promo (“Promo”) is open to all Home Loan applications submitted online via www.bdo.com.ph from October 1 to December 31, 2024 (“Promo Period”).
The Home Loan application should be subsequently approved and booked by February 28, 2025 (“Availment Period”).
The Promo offers the following:
Low Interest Rates
6.00% fixed for 1 to 2 years
6.50% fixed for 3 years
6.88% fixed for 4 to 5 years
Waived Fees of up to Php 10,000
To qualify for the Promo, the following requirements must be met:
Submission of filled-out Home Loan application form with complete application documents
Loan amount of at least Php 1,000,000.00
Loan term of at least 5 years
The Promo is applicable to all Home Loan purposes.
For Construction Loan, promo rate offered is limited to 1-year fixed rate only and first release must be within the Availment Period.
Exclusions:
Additional loan on property/ies currently mortgaged with BDO.
New loan to pay off existing Home Loan.
WAIVED FEE DETAILS
Fees to be waived is up to P10,000, which will be applied to Appraisal and Registration Fees only. Waived fees will be deducted from the loan fees that clients will pay prior the release of the Home Loan.
LOW INTEREST RATES
Interest rates lower than the published BDO Home Loan rates will be provided or applied at the time of loan release.
GENERAL MECHANICS
All qualified applications submitted during the Promo shall undergo evaluation and approval process of BDO, subject to completion of required loan application documents.
The promo is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be availed in conjunction with other promo and/ or offers of BDO Home Loan.
These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction and regulation. The promo will be void, where prohibited or restricted by law or government regulations.
In case of dispute, the decision of BDO, with concurrence of DTI, shall be deemed final.
